Well, on the backup on July 6, Ankama lose my dats. This day was
established in my ancestral Bont (trying to sell), and the next day,
when I take it, there is no there. Evil or Very Mad

I send tickets to Ankama and I
spoke at the forum. But Ankama ignore me. Now I can't do anything
with my Xelor 115. If someone can talk with a moderator, please, do it Crying or Very sad

My understanding was that they were not gonna start looking into any of the lost itmes until they closed the reporting option. I beleive they closed it on July 14th.

do they do rollbacks on request by Players? i mean for example if ur char got scammed
